What must I do NOW to become an affiliate?

What is the "affiliate link"?

The "affiliate link" is a special URL where you send the visitors to view our products. You will get the URL's for different banner link images in your affiliate control panel after you log in. Simply copy the code provided and paste into your website.

What do I need to become an affiliate?

Nothing, except your desire to be an affiliate!

You don't even need a website, although having your own website can potentially improve your sales. You can promote our product via search engines (click here to learn how), postings in internet forums, or simply email to all your friends and acquaintences your affiliate link to our product.

All you need to do is send a visitor to our website via the affiliate link, and if he or she buys anything from us, you will receive your commission. The links are generated in your extranet login area on our website. All commissions are tracked in this area also. It notifies you of your payment status and amounts.

How do I get technical information regarding your products?

We have sales documentation located here for each product. Click to download. If your customer needs further help, they can use our live support system while on our pages. You may also call or email us for information. As a last resort, you can have your customer call us directly. You will still receive your commission if the customer makes a purchase.

Do you have any training programs for affiliates?

How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You do not have to pay for becoming an affiliate.

All you need to do to sign up is go to the Signup Form and fill it out. After a review from our Affiliate Manager, you will receive email with your password and other information.

Then you can start sending customer to our website. To do this, place an affiliate link, banner, text link or other link on your web site or place ads in pay-per-click search engines.

As our affiliate, you will have your own affiliate control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales for those you referred, news and training materials, and choice of banners and text links.

How do I know I will be paid for my referral?

The affiliate program is powered by an Affiliate software package written by us, Matrixwebs.com, we are a leading internet software developer recently ranked 5th in the Silicon Valley. Our software uses a combination of cookies and IP addresess to track referrals for best possible reliability. Each affiliate has a custom login on our Extranet, which is your management interface. Here you can create Affiliate links. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, the affiliate program checks for the cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account your commission. It also notifies you via email that a purchase has been made. You can log into your affiliate control panel at any time to view your account balance. Track what other products the visitor has clicked on and not purchased, and track visitor session length.

This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.

How is the payment handled?

When you sign up to be an affiliate, you can choose whether you want to be paid by PayPal or by check. All payments are paid out monthly on the 10th of the month. Payments are in US dollars.
